AIM Health Institute provides acupuncture, massage, Reiki, hypnotherapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, naturopathic medicine, osteopathy, yoga, integrative medical consultations and other integrative modalities to patients regardless of ability to pay.
These services are offered by licensed and credentialed, contracted practitioners from the GW Center for Integrative Medicine, medical students from GWU School of Medicine, students from the Potomac School of Massage, Maryland University of Integrative Health, and other providers who share our mission and partner with AIM.
The services are offered by appointment at GWCIM, and at partner organizations such as Bread for the City, downtown assisted living facilities, or nearby churches via individual and group medical appointments. Please visit “How to Become a Patient” to learn about appointment scheduling procedures.
In addition, AIM is working to launch an inpatient integrative medicine consultation service at GW University Hospital. AIM practitioners will bring their skills to hospitalized patients with the goal to make their hospital stay better and, hopefully, shorter.
