The Mind-Body Wellness Group for Chronic Pain is a comprehensive program which provides holistic tools for individuals to identify and address the root causes of chronic pain. In this eight-week class, you will learn:
- Mindfulness strategies for managing daily stress and anxiety
- The physiology of chronic pain
- Specific techniques and healing practices to self-manage your pain, including acupressure and yoga
- How to build your own strategies to overcome the difficulty of chronic pain in everyday life
The class takes you on a you on a journey to build your toolbox, explore what works for you, and create a plan for stress management and better-quality living. You will be guided by Elizabeth Goldberg, LMT, mind-body medicine practitioner, and Dr. Amy Kossoff, MD.
Classes will be held on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. Snacks are provided. The Spring 2019 class begins on Wednesday, May 15.

Class tuition is $700 for the full program, with sliding scale options available upon request. Installment payment is also available. Out-of-network insurance reimbursement documentation is available.
