A retired consumer marketing executive and community activist, has served on various boards focused on HIV/AIDS, LGBTQ rights, Israel/Palestine peace, and local politics. He is a patient reviewer for the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI) and advocates in PCORI research proposal development.
