Mind-Body Wellness Group For Restful Sleep

In Fall 2018, we began the fifth cycle of our mind-body wellness program designed for people with insomnia.  The eight-week comprehensive program provides holistic tools for individuals to identify and address root causes of sleep trouble and disturbance.  The class is held at the Center for Integrative Medicine and twice in partnership with the Milken School of Public Health and the GW Cancer Center as part of research on best-practices in non-medication treatment for insomnia.
